    Outstanding service and professionalism

    You actually could not get a better service from this wonderful, professional, reliable team who absolutely went the extra mile with the fabulous work they completed on my new 1930s home. Leigh and Luke left everything in such good order and Natasha was a superstar coordinating everything. All smashing. 10/10.

    Good workmanship

    The initial survey was helpful with suggestions re how to avoid damp in future . All work was completed to a high standard ,and leigh was very flexible being prepared to move larger furniture,and to complete several days extra work due the need for floors / some joists to be replaced . Very open with communication ,tidy during the work and very fairly priced

    Damp Survey

    Leigh visited to survey damp issues. He confirmed issues and advised on works needed to remedy situation. Explained damp readings and how conductivity in subfloor can affect readings. Knowledgable and trustworthy in my opinion

    Rising damp

    From start to finish Leigh & Luke were amazing. Leigh came out to view the issues I had. Was very clear on what needed to be done, advised on the best form of works to prevent further issues down the line. Came back with a price within 2 days. Was given notice on when he could carry the work out. Leigh & Luke arrived the day and time they said they would. Ensured all areas were more than adequately protected. Talked me through the process of the work throughout the day. Left the areas clean and tidy. Would highly recommend and could not fault any of the work they done. Top job!
