Really good experience with this company - really friendly staff, quick quotation, very reasonable fees, and high quality work on arrival. The clean up job was also spotless - I was very impressed with how they managed to match the mortar colour so closely in the holes they filled on the walls. Highly, highly recommend this firm.

We received very professional service from the start, when the surveyor came out to assess and estimate the work required and the cost. The team who came to do the work were excellent, took great care to protect the floors throughout the house leading to the loft. They stopped the insulation job part way through so that some urgent electrical work in the loft could be completed. They consulted us about where the platform boards were placed over the insulation and did a very neat job, enlarging the loft hatch, fitting a new door, ladder, and handrail on the platform. All left clean and tidy.

Since you are pressing me for a report before the work is carried out i can only say that we were impressed by t he estimator who explained all the alternative thin gs that could be done to keep us warmer and we accepted his recommendation of insulating the attached garage first and we might find that sufficient. We thought that a very honest attitude.. The quotation is fair and he has saved us a lot of disruption and money. They will start in 4 weeks time
