  Problem with Power Shower / Pump fitted

  Just under six months later, both the newly fitted power shower and ensuite shower stopped working properly the day after Mr Stimpson and his employee visited to service the central heating and flush the system. Mr Stimpson also looked at the temperature control on the shower he had fitted as it only turned clockwise to cold. It could not be turned anti-clockwise to hot. He takes no responsibility.

  New boiler and new bathroom.

  From the first estimate to completion of the work, I was extremely happy with every aspect. Kevin showed great attention to detail and left the work areas impeccably tidy each evening. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble in what was not always a straightforward installation. He also brought along his apprentice Jacob, who was equally friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this company without reservation.

  Re-running new heating pipes.

  A leak in the heating pipe work in concrete forced new pipes to be above surface and Kevin did a grand job of inconspicuously doing that, some new radiators were fitted too. Everything was finished to a high standard and left clean and tidy. Very professional man.

  Boiler service and repair.

  Fully satisfied. A very fair price for work well done. Kevin had estimated on basis of an evening inspection (when he has done some immediate remedial work on my boiler) - and when he re-visited he concluded that some external work was not necessary, so reduced his invoice accordingly. I am glad to have found him and will ask him to service my boiler regularly.

  Repairs to central heating boiler

  On Friday morning 2/3/18 our central heating boiler failed (like many people in this cold winter). After visiting other customers in the same state arrived in the afternoon and after some time found a major fault in the boiler requiring replacement of vital parts. On Saturday morning received a call and was told that not only had a supplier for the parts been found but had been picked up. By mid afternoon after a lot of work the boiler was back on line. Excellent.
