Started my driveway in March, was advised 7/10 working days. 30% deposit paid, apparently everything ordered ready to start. Day one mini-digger arrived with a driver and made a good start, then the phone call from Michael. Suppliers ordered wrong blocks could I pay the merchant direct £3000.00. I agreed blocks arrived. After that very slow progress 2/3 hours per day and the excuses started coming. Then Michael said he had under-priced and he needed more sub-base extra would be £800, then kept asking for £500 cash payment to pay staff. 10 day project ended up being 8 weeks.

Mike was super professional, reliable and efficient. He provided his honest opinion and recommendations which helped me to chose a design and reassured me during the process. I am absolutely in love with my new driveway and would with no doubt recommend Warlingham Paving to anyone looking for great, quality work.

From start to finish Michael and his team showed nothing but great workmen-ship nothing asked was to much would highly recommend this company to anyone having them back in August to do our garden transformation.

These guys were brilliant, so polite, professional and tidy. Michael made sure everything was millimetre perfect, such a perfectionist and really understood what I wanted even when I didn’t. The finished work is amazing and far exceeds my expectations, I cannot thank Michael and his team enough.

Mike and his team have been outstanding from the start. Communication has been impeccable, honest, reliable and our two level patio is fantastic. There was a slight mistake during the process but Mike identified the problem and rectified it without us even realsing. We are very happy with the works carried out and would highly recommend.
