We had a quite major leak coming from somewhere into our airing cupboard. It was causing damp. Charlie came in and tracked the leak down to the shower tray. He ripped that out repaired the damage and fitted a new shower tray and cubicle. His work was neat and quick. And the damp has gone. I shall definitely be calling Charlie back for any plumbing work. After my landlord sent someone to put a new tap on for me I was left with leaking pipes hang out of the side of my basin. My daughter recommended Wards plumbing. I called immediately and Charlie advised me to turn water off from mains until he arrived. He came ASAP put new pipes on and sorted out the waste pipe that was also leaking. Excellent job, very polite young man. Highly recommend.

Had our taps changed. Really please with the service! Charlie was on time, professional and did the job well. Would definitely recommend.
