I booked WPS to completely repair and repaint my Ground Floor Victorian Flat plus replace my back door. As I live in Germany and rent out the flat it is vital for me to know the team will do a great job. My furniture, window sills ect were beautifully protected and I received a large file of before and after photos. I used WPS years ago to install a new heating and put in a modern bathroom and again the results were excellent. The price is more than fair and the office kept me informed every step of the way. I can´t recommend them highly enough!

From start to finish WPS were helpful professional & efficient. There was a tight time frame & quite a number of jobs to complete including fitting a new kitchen painting & fixing a number of issues in the flat. We do not live nearby and so having to deal with this from a far would usually be a worry but thanks to WPS we could trust completely that everything was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Shout out to Dean Bridget & Terry. They kept in contact with us throughout and reassured us. We have always had excellent service from WPS and this time it was no different. Thank you!

I can't rate Ward Property Services high enough. From the start of the job to the end they were courteous, tidy and polite. At every stage they discussed the works with me explaining any extra work that was required and the reasons for this. Dean coordinated the works and was so thorough and kept a constant communication line between myself and the main contractors working on the kitchen. Michael the main contractor was polite, tidy and went the extra mile daily and never minded answering all my questions. I will recommend WPS to all my friends and family and rate them 10/10 - Thank you.

I cannot recommend Dean and his company enough! I recently purchased my first flat and needed many different jobs doing, from updating heaters to planing doors. No job was too big or small. His workers were polite hard working and tidy. The price was fair and I am over the moon with the work which has been completed! Communication from the office was 10/10. Took care of damage after flat bathroom above leaked into my property. Took care of arranging with the tenants for access and completed all the work required. No issue and would use again for sure.
