    Lies to drum up profits

    My partner took her car in and they came back saying the repairs required were more than the car was worth and even offered to 'take it off our hands'. Upon taking the car to another garage owned by a friend him and everyone in his garage confirmed the things she was told needed doing at great cost didn't infact need doing at all. The car was put back on the road (in great driving condition) for less than a tenth than Jamie quoted her. Having spent thousands at this garage over the last couple years im left wondering if half of it was even necessary or just a crook drumming up business.

    Van engine repair

    I had the problem on my van's engine diagnosed by a third party. Wardie Motors, said that they would take on the work. I had the van recovered to them on the 13/2/2024. They told me that they didn't think that the original diagnosis was right and told me what they thought was wrong. I explained that one of the components they mentioned had been replaced not that long ago, but they held fast with their diagnosis. picked the van up and it wasn't running right, I have returned it twice now, and after picking it up the last time, they have told me that the original diagnosis was right.

I am a fully qualified technician and also have other qualifications and training in diagnostic and customer relation and services. All trade work welcome. We aim to give the best possible service at the best affordable prices.

All work undertaken by WARDIE MOTORS will be carried out to 100% satisfaction and will not leave our workshop until the job is completed to high standard. We aim to see all our customers friends and their families again, keeping them safe on the road for many years - this loyal customer base is what we like to see.

We are a brake and clutch specialist but that does not mean that’s all we do, all mechanical work is undertaken on cars and light commercial vehicles from a little job such as change a light bulb to full engine rebuilds, brakes, clutches, cam-belts, head-gaskets, diagnostics, MOTs, servicing, health checks, gear boxes, DPF cleaning and engine decarboning and much more.
