  Fantastic craftmanship, attention to detail & stress-free builders

  I cannot recommend Ward Homes enough. They recently completed an extension and kitchen renovation for me and the entire experience was absolutely brilliant. From the first meeting they were professional, reliable and easy to work with. They took the time to understand exactly what I was after and even offered helpful suggestions to improve my ideas. The quality of their workmanship is second to none, every detail is to the highest standard, and the finished result has transformed my home. The team were always clean and tidy, and made the entire experience as stress-free as possible.

  Single storey flat roof extension with lantern light

  We're so happy that we appointed Phil Ward to build our extension and are thrilled with the result. His quote was reasonable and the costs for every aspect of the build were detailed in the contract. We added a few extras and these costs were then agreed and factored in to the staged payments. Phil's communication was excellent - with us, his team, the architect and building inspector. He estimated 3 months to complete and this was spot on. We had complete faith in him and his brilliant team. They were professional, friendly, punctual and tidy. We would definitely recommend Ward Homes

  Single Storey Rear Extension

  Phil and his dedicated team are true professionals in every sense of the word. Their work is absolutely exemplary, and their attention to detail is incredible. We really felt that the project was managed from start to finish as if they were working in their own homes. They were always on time, communication was great, the house was left very clean and tidy, and nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and can't wait for them to return one day to carry out further projects for us.

  Part garage conversion, fitting kitchen plus removing wall between kitchen diner and dining room.

  We are absolutely delighted with our partial garage conversion and removal of an internal wall, giving us a huge family space and new kitchen. Phil and his team were conscientious workers and were meticulous in every aspect of the build. Always left our home tidy and always took the time to answer our questions, explain what they were doing and what to expect. Kitchen and flooring looks gorgeous. Phil and his team were very attentive and gave advice when needed. Fabulous job - we love our new space! We would not hesitate in recommending Ward Homes.
