  I found builders W&T to be clear, efficient, reliable and responsive. Their initial quote, adjusted to my budget, set out the stages of the 3 month project, and how they would invoice me as they completed each stage. They started on the day agreed and finished most of it on schedule, though finishing and snagging was a problem as for all builders. They were good problem-solvers. Their communication was excellent and the work well supervised. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend them.

  Kitchen and bathroom renovation plus painting

  After a couple of extensive home visits from Tomas to see the work that needed to be done, he sent a quote which was very competitive. He seemed friendly, trustworthy and approachable. The workmen were friendly, turned up promptly in the morning, worked hard and tidied up at the end. The project managers popped in regularly to see how things were going and keep us up to date. They were always contactable and helped when issues arose with suppliers. They were keen to do the best job possible. I have no hesitation in recommending W&T Build to family, friends and neighbours.

  Light refurbishment of a modern two-bedroom apartment

  W & T Build Ltd provide a thoroughly professional, bespoke service where it seems that no job is too big or too small. Their skill and quality of workmanship, complemented by their very positive attitude and super efficient approach is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them.

  Excellent outcome, excellent process

  We hired WT to do a gut renovation of our ground floor - extensions, summerhouse, lots of internal changes. They were professional from the word go, including their highly professional and precise estimate. They were super easy to work with, gave us enough notice when they needed input from us and were excellent communicators. They showed up on time every single day, as unreliability was one of our biggest worries. The work was done to a very high standard and on time, and the team were extremely professional throughout it. We got given up to date information, and it was right on time.
