  Repair of a leaking shower

  We had a troublesome old shower valve leaking and Derek replaced it successfully, and with ease. That was a massive relief and saved us ripping out the shower. Derek has great experience at it, knew exactly what was needed, explained it clearly, and worked through it calmly until it was all back operational and perfect again. We also got some cosmetic improvements thrown in. The work was excellent and he’s a thoroughly nice guy.

  Expert fix for a stubborn blockage

  Had a stubborn blockage in one of our toliets but Derek responded quickly and came to sort it out. It took a while but he was tenacious, efficient and clean - got the job done, checked it and made recommendations for avoiding it again in the future - top marks all round!

  As usual excellent professional service , clean reliable & efficient. Only a repair this time , but two years ago they fitted a new bathroom which is first class . Clean tidy & easy to deal with .

  The fitting of Taps and the replacement and installation of valves.

  Was having an issue with a cistern valve not working and also required an upgrade of other plumbing around the house. Derek did an excellent job that involved replacing sink furniture as well as replacing and installing new valves across a range of older pipework. Great communication throughout the quoting and installation process. Derek, who's a lovely fella, was really outstanding and completed the job very quickly with zero fuss.

  Repair of burst pipe and fitting of isolation valve

  We have used Derek for a number of plumbing repairs and he came to our rescue last week after an outside pipe burst during the very cold snap. He repaired the pipe quickly and efficiently and then came back later in the week to fit an isolation valve so this hopefully won't happen again. As always Derek was polite, punctual and very efficient and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him.
