I was trying to source an emergency electrician as my dad had lost his electricity. I found Mitch on check a trade. Despite not being at work and being at a family dinner at the time of my call, he tried to help me on the phone. Asked me to send photos of the problem and he correctly advised me what to do to fix it. Really did not have to help me as I was not an existing customer, and I was calling out the blue on a Saturday. Thank you Mitch!
