Johnny deserves 11 stars out of 10! We are very happy with Johnny's professionalism and the quality of work, as he turned up 15 minutes before the time and immediatelly started his work. He even managed to get rid of the stain that was impossible for us to remove! The overall experience was excellent, we could't he happier with the quality of work, and our carpets look like brand new! Johnny did a great job. He cleaned all the areas thoroughly. He arrived on time and charged exactly what he estimated, which was a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

Cleaned all our carpets yesterday and removed stubborn stains and general grime from our two dogs. Our carpets look like new again. Prompt response to enquiry and quote. Johnny was very professional but friendly. Very reasonably priced. Have already recommended him to friends and we would definitely use him again.
