Johnny deserves 11 stars out of 10! We are very happy with Johnny's professionalism and the quality of work, as he turned up 15 minutes before the time and immediatelly started his work. He even managed to get rid of the stain that was impossible for us to remove! The overall experience was excellent, we could't he happier with the quality of work, and our carpets look like brand new!
