  Replaced 40 year old gas boiler

  Scott Walter (Walter Property Services) replaced my 40 year old gas boiler 2 years ago which involved an upgrade to the plumbing system. I was very impressed with Scott's very professional skills and work completed efficiently and at a reasonable competitive cost. Scott has since completed 2 annual boiler services and is my go to guy for any plumbing or gas work. Very friendly and highly recommended.

  New bolier

  Having just moved I was lucky to find a reliable plumber first time. Scott diagnosed a serious problem with my boiler and subsequently fitted a new one. He was very prompt and did an excellent job at a very good price. I will not hesitate to use him again in future and thoroughly recommend him.

  Gas pipe repair

  Scott attended the same morning I called, following a gas leak due to a damaged pipe. Can't express what great service that is, thought I'd be without hot water for the week but he fixed immediately. Scott absolute pleasure to meet you and will be recommending your services to friends and family 👍
