  The lads doing the jobs kept us informed and were punctual. They also cleaned up after themselves. Overall, the work was completed efficiently and we appreciated the honesty when the work was done cheaper.

  Roofing job

  Walter Cochrane did a roofing job for us a number of years ago. My husband died recently. Water was coming in from the roof, soaked my husband's bedroom wall. I had the roofers details ,phoned him. Came today , surveyed the situation and said what needed to be done. He did a superb job. Said my daughter reminded me to find out if he could recommend anyone to fix the damaged wall indoors. He said Deacon, who was with him, was a plasterer ! How fortuitous was that! Deacon came in looked at the wall and said exactly what had to be done. I got his details to phone him. I am age 81 and widowed

  Repair To Slate Roof

  I am very happy with the work that was carried out on my roof by Walter and his Team, they done a really good job of fitting missing slates and reparing holes on the roof. They are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I would not hesitate to hire Walter Cochrane again for any future work and I highly recommend him to others!
