I called WS Gas Solitions as my boiler had not seemed to be heating water effectively. Due to the age of the boiler, it was suggested I get a new one to avoid further, more frequent issues down the line. Ben was incredibly helpful and informative throughout this process, outlining all the options and giving advice. As I'm a landlord I was not in the property whilst the work was being done, but I was still given updates every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Very good communication, service, and good value, and I'd highly recommend. Thanks again!

Recently had a new boiler fitted and all my radiators replaced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben & Frank. Great timekeeping, very tidy and efficient, explained everything they were doing. Would definitely use them again, well done

I had used WS for my last 2 boiler services and was very happy with them so when the boiler was having a few issues WS gave me options to repair or replace I chose to replace with a newer more efficient boiler. The new boiler was fitted quickly with no mess. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again when it is time to service the new boiler. Thank you both.

W S Gas Solutions Ltd have fitting two new showers and carried out a boiler service. It has been a pleasure to have Ben and Frank working at my home. Communication through the job has been excellent and they have carried out all work (and rectifications of problems encountered during the work) to a very high standard.
