We were really happy with Ben and his team, they came round, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and left it all tidy and the way he found it in no more than an hour. He arrived when he said he would, communication was good once I'd text him as tried WhatsApp first. He sent the invoice to me via email before he left the house and I'd paid it before he'd driven off the driveway, such an easy and smooth transaction, we're very impressed, especially after the two terrible gas man we had in before him who just made the problem worse. Ben is reliable, friendly & we would highly recommend.

Fantastic communication throughout the whole project. Ben was mindful to notify us and discuss issues that inevitably occur when ripping out and entirely replacing two fifty year old bathrooms in our old property. Ben and his team turned up reliably, were respectful and trustworthy. Ben was helpful to suggest imaginative ideas and has transformed both bathrooms within a short time frame. Excellent service from the start of the project to the end. Came to look at the job straight away then left me with brochures etc. Good communication. Prompt professional quote. I called WS Gas Solitions as my boiler had not seemed to be heating water effectively. Due to the age of the boiler, it was suggested I get a new one to avoid further, more frequent issues down the line. Ben was incredibly helpful and informative throughout this process, outlining all the options and giving advice. As I'm a landlord I was not in the property whilst the work was being done, but I was still given updates every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Very good communication, service, and good value, and I'd highly recommend. Thanks again!
