  Excellent service. Had a boiler fail and he came out within a couple of hours after a video consultation. My boiler was up and running within 15 minutes. Can't recommend enough

  Brilliant service from Joe. Came earlier than expected and called ahead to make sure it was ok. Really good at explaining how the boiler and water cylinder work and even went the extra mile and set up a timer for the hot water for us! Explained the service really well and identified an issue with our boiler, which he'll be returning to sort out. Would definitely use him again, 10/10.

  Fixed fault on a combo boiler

  Quick response, was able to come later the same day, punctual, identified issue, sourced part immediately and fitted it to get my mother’s heating back on. Very happy with service.

  Extremely reliable and professional

  We've used Walserve on multiple occasions for various works at our house. We have always found Joe extremely professional and considerate in our home. It's nice to know we have someone we can always rely on when things go wrong. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
