James is a very engaging professional. Very knowledgeable and has expertise in his trade. Outlined in detail what needed to be done and carried out the work effectively and efficiently. Both doors installed in one day and look very good. Very tidy workmanship and took old garage doors/framework with him negating us needing to sort it out. Would highly recommend.

James came round the next day to give us a quote, then rescued the best of the remaining panels to make our garage as secure as possible. Also managed to get the new one slightly quicker than normal then contacted us to arrange to fit it. He arrived on time , fitted it , took us out to check it and explain how to operate it.

James is a most excellent tradesperson. Most pleasant and sorted my problem with no new parts required. Explained everything he was doing and made sure I checked that the door running smoothly (smoother and more gentle closing than it's ever been!) Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

My goodness, James is a most excellent tradesperson. I've not needed the skills of a garage door expert before but so glad I chose him. He arrived at the time he said and was quickly able to resolve the two issues I had that were preventing the proper opening & closing of the door.He also tweaked settings to improve it's smooth working and checked the general state of the door mechanism. He made sure I was completely happy with everything before leaving. A consummate professional in every way. Thank you so much James.
