Simon smith was hired to inspect a property due to high damp reading being picked up on a wall during a survey. It’s a Victorian house we’re trying to purchase so it was important for us to resolve. Simon is very professional, responsive to calls or txt and demonstrated a high level of knowledge & expertise with this type of property& was available to Answer any queries.
