Topny arrived on time, was quick, informative and polite. Got on with replacing my outside security light despite the fact that it was pouring with rain. Proper hero. Tony helped me identify what was causing an issue with appliances causing consumer unit switches to trip but it wasn’t clear what. When I called him he was very helpful and considerate, and wanted to help get to the bottom of it.
