Quick to come out and quote and fulfilled the work requested within a week. No complaints here.

They came and did a great job of the pointing, great communication and nice guys so I hired them to sand and paint the exterior too and they did a brilliant job. Would recommend!

William was quick to respond, visited the property and provided a cost effective solution to fix the leak. He also offered a 10year guarantee on the work and promise to return to address any issues with his work. Thanks William.

Very quick response. Good communication. No pressure from them to expand the work. The scaffolding only stayed up long enough to do the work. It's hard for me to accurately assess the quality of the work, because I can only view the roof from a distance, but it appears good.

William and his team came out quickly as they were in the area doing another job and gave a quote pretty much instantly with options. They had time a couple of days after confirmation of going ahead with the work. His team helped also fix another small issue on the building they noticed without extra charge which was much appreciated. My only criticisms of the process was the lack of digital invoice/quotes. Everything was verbal or written on a piece of paper with a photo. Also the money went into a personal account as opposed to business. Some things to work on but otherwise recommended.
