We had a good look at the range in their showroom, which was really helpful in deciding between real, gas, or electric stoves. Good advice was given throughout the process, and we're really pleased with the final result. Time will tell if we find the electric unit as cosy as a log burner, but the maintenance will certainly be easier, and the planet will thank us too!

From my initial contact to installation, I was impressed with the professionalism of all the staff I dealt with. We had an old gas fire replaced with a made to measure fire with remote control. Brilliant.

Colin was fantastic. We just wanted reassurance that the fire was still working properly, but Colin cleaned it and maintained it so that we were not only reassured but that the fire was in absolutely tip top condition.
