  Absoloutley brilliant outfit. Single patio door window panel shattered! Called ,arrived next day unlike 4 on here, contacted and never arrived,and 2 days before Christmas! Secured door ,ordered glass, back and replaced within a few days! Marvelous service from the lads ,clean professional,and very fast! Also a fantastic price! Would only recommend this outfit to anyone needing the services they offer, and I'm now retired after 46yrs in the building trade so i like to think I know a great outfit from a cowboy outfit!   Replacement of Defective Hinges on Double Glazed Window Units

  A couple of push out windows would not shut properly due to the failure of the hinge mechanisms. I posted the job on the website and was promptly contacted by this company , they attended the property the next day, assessed the task and quoted an acceptable price on the spot, returned a couple of days later and replaced the hinges Suffice to say, I was very impressed with their efficient service ,courtesy and willingness to demonstrate their no job is too small ethos,as a number of other companies who looked at the job decided not to quote.

  Prompt and friendly service from Wayne and team

  Advised over the phone that the issue with a window that wasn't closing properly was likely to be that the hinges needed replacing. Wayne and team were able to come round very quickly (within a few days of our initial call), gave us a quote for the job and then came back with all the necessary parts to replace the faulty hinges. They also did a couple of smaller repairs to other windows during the same visit. Overall a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to ask them again for any other window repair jobs in the future.
