Came day after posting the job. I was limited as to times I am available due to I'll wife but worked around this. let me know an hour prior to coming as promised and arrived on time. Difficult job due to existing wiring running awkwardly but worked out a solution and everything works fine. Very highly recommended and an electrician I will keep in my address book.

Electrician understood the nature of the issue, and was able to rectify.

WAB Electrics kindly pointed me towards my national grid operator as they will need to deal with this. They were extremely polite and helpful.
