James was great very quick to book a visit and completed the certificate in no time

We were delighted with the renovation of our flat, involving a new kitchen, bathroom, radiators, decorating, shelves putting up and tiling. The quote was competitive and fully detailed. They led the kitchen and bathroom design but involved us in all of the key decisions. The team arrived when they said they would, and they worked tidily and with minimal disruption. We were kept fully informed of progress and the friendly team always managed to accomodate our wishes within the constraints of working in a 200-year-old building. The project was completed on time and within our budget.

James responded promptly. Communicated his arrival time. Was polite and helpful and did the job without any fuss.

Excellent work, very professional, exceeded all expectations. James came on time to do the job, midway through installation he found one of the radiators sent by supplier was vertical instead of horizontal, he finished rest of the work and promised to come back to finish the job when correct radiator gets delivered, instead of me calling him, he was calling me to check if the radiator had arrived. James came the following day to finish the job at no extra charge. This is the best experience I have had with a tades person. I would highly recommend him. Total customer satisfaction, well done.

James was excellent! Highly reccomend. We got a couple of quotes and James was the best one - he offered a flat rate and didn't charge us anymore even when our very old heating system created a few unforseen problems. He was friendly, polite, explained things well and got the job done really well and really thoroughly- and left things nice and tidy . I will definitely use James next time we need anything doing.
