Volkan was absolutely amazing, I reached out earlier in the week and his communication was fast and really helpful, he contacted his supplier and gave me a date within the same week. He came early and was extremely friendly and efficient he completed all the works to an excellent standard and when faced with a few issues due to the age of my house and damage from a recurrent leak, he was able to troubleshoot and solve the issue so quickly. I was so happy with the work and the reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend Volkan for any plumbing or heating works.

After a botched boiler service on a working appliance by another company I was left in the cold on Christmas Eve; seeking quotes for boiler replacement during that period was really stressful. I received many quotes but VY went the "extra mile" to survey the job via video, discuss the optimal solution both from a technical as well as budgetary standpoint. The job was completed within 3 days to my utmost satisfaction. It cost me 50% less than the company that came to service the boiler quoted and pressured me to go ahead due to the urgent need for replacement. Highly recommended!
