  Vinay is a thorough professional with no nonsense approach and speaking straight and honestly about the problem at hand. He has good range of real world knowledge around different kinds of boilers, and problems seen in his work experience. Technically he explains the problem, analysis and what is expected to solve it. he also very fairly prices and never overcharges or recommend unwanted things. For me he serviced my heating issues as it was not working but hot water was. He narrowed down the problem and fixed it efficiently . Anybody looking for a reliable plumber, Vinay is the man to go!!

  Investigation of failure of cold water supply.

  Very quick response to my initial query. Acceptable call out rate so agreed a mutually convenient date and time. I had text updates on the day to let me know how far away he was. Made an initial inspection of the property and identified the issue which was rectified quickly. All very quick and effecient.

  Great service and helpful knowledge

  I contacted V.V.V Plumbing and Heating about a leaky pipe issue I was having. Before they offered to come out, they advised me to look at the water softener water level and how that could be the underlying issue. This seems to have solved the pipe issue without needing to get someone out so I really appreciated their help, as others had simply quoted me a repair price for the pipe and this saved me money and time.
