Polite and efficient

I'm working with VR Tech to fix an ongoing issue with my PC where I get crashes on certain games when I have very high particle physics on screen. I found them to be courteous, thorough, & kind enough to document the specific tests and activities that they carried out through the work. After the first visit where they picked up my PC for testing, we thought the issues had been resolved but on further testing we realised that more investigation was required; they kindly recollected the PC and we are awaiting further results. Very happy with the work so far and confident we will find a fix.
