Polite and efficient

I'm working with VR Tech to fix an ongoing issue with my PC where I get crashes on certain games when I have very high particle physics on screen. I found them to be courteous, thorough, & kind enough to document the specific tests and activities that they carried out through the work. After the first visit where they picked up my PC for testing, we thought the issues had been resolved but on further testing we realised that more investigation was required; they kindly recollected the PC and we are awaiting further results. Very happy with the work so far and confident we will find a fix.

My laptop was damaged and although they were not able to fix it in the first instance, Nigel was incredibly reassuring and was able to confirm that my laptop just needs a new screen and that the rest of it is working perfectly - a huge relief. We are now waiting for quotes etc for a new screen before we move on to the actual fixing part, but Nigel's advice and assessment of my device has been incredibly useful and my experience do far with them cannot be faulted.
