New bathroom, new stud walls, skimming over artex, new ceilings downstairs, installation of new doors and frames, new boiler, underfloor heating, and loft boarding. Intitially, things moved quickly and I was happy. However, the underfloor heating drawings (installation, electrical and plumbing) were not followed, leading to hire others to put right. The bathroom was not finished properly, leading to the shower leaking through the ceiling and the toilet leaking. Old gas pipes were not capped, which led me having to get Gas Safe involved. Plastering was bad and part of the ceiling fell down.

Sebastian was professional, friendly and immediately sorted out our problem at short notice. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.
