I struggling to find anything negative about this service. Response time was less than 30 minutes, my lock was repaired by a highly knowledgeable locksmith who loves his work. My front door had super glue on all the screws so it was a real challenge to dismantle however they charge a fixed price for labour so the fact that it took more time didn't mean i paid more money. I needed a new locking gear which he ordered for me and only charged the true cost. The lock was replaced and works perfectly - no stress, great communication, such good value and great conversation! Highly recommended!

Called VOS following a burglary. Came promptly that day at the agreed time. Worked quickly to fix and replace door and window locks. Very tidy. Much reassured. Would strongly recommend and use again.
