Avoid! - unresponsive and poor

George was initially communicative but this immediately stopped after confirming the work. We sent codes for the lockbox through and heard nothing back. Until at 3pm he texted declaring he was finished. He did not complete the full scope; he denied we ever discussed it at quoting. He then took 3 weeks to rectify this and come back. He was impossible to contact during the 3 weeks then took another month to send across the electrical certificates. We've recently been up in the loft and noticed that insulation was not placed back and waygo connections were not properly covered.

Fixed a tripping light

George’s communications was great, and he was able to fit our job in between other jobs in the area which helped us out. He repaired a light fitting in the shower which had a perished seal. He recommended the cheapest solution and had it working within an hour.
