Dion was consistently friendly and polite to deal with, as were his staff who visited to complete the job - replacing some lights and disconnecting others in one of our rooms. They described exactly what they would do, kept the area tidy, and covered over the lights they had removed afterwards, giving us full instructions on how to adjust the lights if we need to. Dion was incredibly helpful in diagnosing a fault with our extractor fan remotely (avoiding a call out charge), providing some options for replacement parts, sourcing them and then installing.
