Communication was great, confirmed what was involved in an EICR and then was very clear about what the issues were it uncovered and what needed doing to fix them. They managed to fit the job in within a quick time frame which was great as the EICR was required for a fast approaching house sale. The engineer sent was very professional and amiable and was clear about how long everything would take and the likely associated costs.
