Spoke via checkatrade to Vogue Flooring and was immediately greeted by Cheryl who discussed my needs in detail and made sure we were completely satisfied and ready to be booked it. I felt very valued as a new customer to them and when the fitter arrived at 9am to fit the carpet I purchased he immediately got stuck in. Very efficient and could tell by the way he moved around that he was very experienced and that certainly showed in the finished room. I have kept the contact details and will 100% use again for our bedroom carpet. Huge thanks to both Cheryl and Sean for a great service. 🙌
