  Noise in washing machine.

  Put job on late evening, got a call the next morning offering me appointment 11-3. Engineer turned up 12.30, got stuck straight in and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Unfortunately the parts and repair were not economic, but he explained and showed me what was wrong, gave me a breakdown of the repair cost and recommended me to buy a new machine instead. Made it safer to use for a day or two while I ordered a new one and put it back safely. Very nice, polite and friendly guy. And more than reasonable price. He even stopped to fuss the cat on his way out. Highly recommended.
