  Alex was great, showed up on time, very polite. There was an issue with the tap I had to replace the existing one. Alex investigated and explained the problem then went above and beyond to source a new tap which he then fixed. Alex left the site clean and tidy after he finished. I would highly recommend Alex again for all kinds of work,
