  VIP came and sorted my front door as well as several internal doors. He was very professional and his team very polite. The job is done very well with very high standard. He showed me receipt for extra parts. I will call him again if I need any locks sorted

  I can’t recommend Vips highly enough! I called him out of hours, quite late in the evening, and he arrived within about 15 minutes — absolutely amazing response time. He was so professional and friendly, and got straight to work. He quickly opened a locked door and fixed the door handle perfectly within just a few minutes. Genuinely cares about doing a great job. I’ll definitely be calling him again if I ever need help. Truly outstanding service.

  The experience was very good, Vips contacted us immediately after my request was logged and was able to go and change the lock at the property in a very timely manner. He charged a fair price, gave a great service !
