  Very nice gentleman repaired our lock despite having to return 3 times due to being sent the wrong parts. Very good work.

  key cut

  I asked for 2 keys to be cut for £10 each, he went away and was back in 20 mins with 3 new keys, only chaging £5 for the extra one I didn't ask for. but good quality work and turned up when he said so can't complain

  VIP came and sorted my front door as well as several internal doors. He was very professional and his team very polite. The job is done very well with very high standard. He showed me receipt for extra parts. I will call him again if I need any locks sorted

  Outstanding work

  I can’t recommend Vips highly enough! I called him out of hours, quite late in the evening, and he arrived within about 15 minutes — absolutely amazing response time. He was so professional and friendly, and got straight to work. He quickly opened a locked door and fixed the door handle perfectly within just a few minutes. Genuinely cares about doing a great job. I’ll definitely be calling him again if I ever need help. Truly outstanding service.
