    Over Christmas, a guest blocked our loo (Saniflo macerator). Saniflo will point you to their approved repairers, who seem to charge extortionate call-out fees, turn up, tell you to buy a new one, and charge a fortune to fit it. Lyes was happy to take a look, took the whole thing apart, cleaned it, reassembled it, and unblocked the waste pipe. He will not give up until he fixes your problem. He's now in our contacts for any future plumbing issues. I won't use anyone else. Call him.
