Vizarchi Architecture provides residential architectural design and planning services across East & West Sussex.

Founded in 2019 by Alperen, Vizarchi specialises in house extensions, loft conversions, garden rooms, annexes and home renovations. We work closely with homeowners, renovators and small developers to deliver practical, well-designed solutions that are clear, buildable and planning-compliant.

My service covers the full design and planning process, from initial advice and measured surveys through to planning applications, permitted development assessments, Building Regulations drawings and coordination with consultants such as structural engineers.

With strong planning knowledge and a straightforward, honest approach, I guide clients through what can often feel like a complex process — helping reduce risk, delays and unnecessary stress.
