He goes over and beyond to ensure his customers feel valued alongside his impeccable attention to detail, great time keeping and getting the job done on time. I have commissioned Faruk to do a number of jobs both large and small in my house and have never ever felt disappointed.   Re-grouting tiles

  I’m very happy with the work carried out by Viyan Builder Ltd. My bathtub was leaking due to cracked tiles and he did an excellent job re-grouting them and adding an access panel. The work was completed to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy afterward. He was clearly knowledgeable across a wide range of building work, which gave me confidence throughout the process. Overall, a professional and reliable service
