  Re-grouting tiles

  I’m very happy with the work carried out by Viyan Builder Ltd. My bathtub was leaking due to cracked tiles and he did an excellent job re-grouting them and adding an access panel. The work was completed to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy afterward. He was clearly knowledgeable across a wide range of building work, which gave me confidence throughout the process. Overall, a professional and reliable service

  Kitchen floor tiling + skirting fixing

  Faruk did an excellent job tiling our kitchen floor with ceramic tiles. He completed the main tiling work over 2 full days to a high standard—perfectly level and neat even with the slightly challenging surface that he was working with. He also refixed our existing skirting boards as agreed, leaving the area clean and ready to use. Communication was clear throughout, on-time and worked efficiently. Highly recommend for any tiling work. Thanks again!

  Hallway tiles
