  Highly Recommended Plumber

  Vicky has been my plumber for four years now, she initially helped out with some work when I was renovating my house, including adding pipes, fitting new radiators and servicing my boiler. She has since serviced my boiler annually and recently completed some other jobs like fitting new taps and fixing a leak. Her communication is great and I've always been happy with the work.

  Repair to leaking pipe

  I’m so pleased to have found Vixen, a plumber who actually turns up when they say they will seems to be a rare find these days, I’ve been let down so many times previously. She did the repair quickly and efficiently and has arranged to come back to fit a new stop cock at another appointment (which I fully expected). She did have to postpone the initial visit due to being delayed on an emergency but communicated very well throughout (again, sadly a rarity these days). Happy to recommend. Thank you.

  Boiler Service

  Vicky installed our boiler 2 years ago and contacts us when the service is due. The boiler is set to do that automatically, but Vicky messages early to ensure enough time to book in a slot in her busy diary (plus I don’t look at the boiler display on a daily basis!). As usual Vicky was on time, friendly, courteous and did a quality job. Everything left tidier than when she arrived! Having also had the boiler fitted by Vicky, I would not hesitate to recommend her for any plumbing job, large or small.

  Replace ball valve in cold water tank

  We chose Vixen because of the excellent reviews. And we are now leaving an excellent review as well. Vicky was very helpful from the off, responding to our call, and making an early appointment to come and resolve the problem. She was very communicative, and arrived as agreed. The work was carried out very quickly and efficiently, with an additional valve fitted which made perfect sense to do. The invoice was very fair and I actually expected to pay more, and would have been happy to do so. Vicky is an excellent plumber and business owner and we will not hesitate to call her again.
