Excellent communication, punctuality and professionalism.

I had the hinges on double-glazed 1st floor kitchen window plus replacement handles on 3 windows. The window was dangerous because the hinges had failed and it opened out wide plus the handle was broken. I was pleased because Paul Harris of Visiontech called to give me a quote and supplied and fitted a new handle when he called out. New hinges were fitted a few days later plus new handles on two other windows. It was all completed smoothly, safely and in about an hour or so.

Visiontech were very professional they cam out , provided their recommendations and quotations. we waited a few weeks for doors to arrive from Germany, but they were prompt with installation, and the process was professional and efficient. Definitely recommend them.
