We had a fab experience with Rups today, he efficiently installed our alarm and ensured we were comfortable with everything before he left. He is also very professional and respectful of our home, didn’t leave any mess! The alarm itself is also easy to use and feels very safe, especially with the use of the app. Thank you for a wonderful service.

Vision 8 did a great job servicing our very old alarm system which we've been locked out of since we moved into our flat. The alarm is now working again and the back up battery was replaced. We'd be very happy to reccomend them.

Rohinder was excellent - very prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He both fixed a fiddly alarm which I knew nothing about (new house) and showed me how to keep it working in future. Would strongly recommend.
