Vision 8 did a great job servicing our very old alarm system which we've been locked out of since we moved into our flat. The alarm is now working again and the back up battery was replaced. We'd be very happy to reccomend them.

Rohinder was excellent - very prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He both fixed a fiddly alarm which I knew nothing about (new house) and showed me how to keep it working in future. Would strongly recommend.

Rapinder contacted us as soon as we posted the job and was literally at the house in 10 minutes of chatting with him. He advised on the old alarm and told us parts would be hard to get as this alarm was discontinued. We spoke and he got us a very good price to fit a new system. We spoke on Saturday and he’s already done the job on Monday. This job was for my mother and he has been awesome from start to finish. Rapinder has always been responsive, he was able to come out on the same day as we needed rewiring done for the alarm Rapinder installed last year. It was due the fact we need to refit our carpet. Always a 5* service with a smile and positive and friendly attitude!
