Our back door had failed in the locked position. Virtu Locksmiths came out and identified the problem as a failed mechanism. They successfully gained entry to the door and replaced the mechanism all in 1 trip. They also replaced a few of our other door locks whilst they were here and upgraded them to high security locks. Would highly recommend virtu locksmiths to everyone. Thank you.

Virtu Locksmiths came out to me as my door was not operating properly. After they assessed the door they identified the problem as a bowed door slab which would require a new door. The door was also rotting. They measured and quoted for a new door of my choice. I was extremely happy with the quote and went ahead with the new door. 2 of the virtu engineers came out on a Sunday and fitted the door for me. Both gentleman were lovely and very professional. I am extremely happy with the service. Will definitely be recommending Virtu Locksmiths to all my friends and family.

We were unfortunate to be a victim of burglary and our car was stolen but luckily we called virtu locksmiths and Andy came out and upgraded all our locks to high security locks to ensure this doesn't happen again. We were very happy with the service and would highly recommend to anyone.

Very pleased with Virtu Locksmiths' work. Andy responded within minutes to my inquiry on Checkatrade and agreed to a date to come round. Other firms had previously said there would be a call out charge for coming to provide an estimate, but Andy did his assessment and then provided the quote shortly afterwards. He then came round and carried out the work, which I am happy with, and said to call him if there are any issues with the repairs I will recommend them if anyone asks me.

Virtu Locksmiths carried out a 5 star service. They replaced my window mechanism on my bathroom window along with a new handle. They also replaced a pair of window hinges on the window in the lounge. The price was very good and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you.
