Survey was carried out and good advice given. After 3 quotes we chose Veridian as they gave the best advice. They turned up on time and did an efficient tidy job.

We recentenly opted for a gold package which involved stripping out old insulation, cleaning, installing new installation to current spec and boarding 20 sqm. I can't rate these guys highly enough. The team doing the install were experienced, very hard working (it was hot), and friendly. I had numerous questions about boarding the loft (such as layout etc) and they were very happy to take the time to discuss and figure out the best way forward. Their workmanship was excellent (boarding very neat) - they were clean and tidy and we are very happy with the finished result.

Both teams were friendly, polite and worked well together. They were respectful and diligent and explained what they were doing. Overall, we were pleased with the installation although the work seemed expensive and both teams did not clear up well afterwards , one leaving the plastic wrappers on our patio.

Great communications from first enquiry to the completed work. The surveyor recommended an installation method to save me the cost of scaffolding, great news. The installation team were professional and happy to explain the insulation process. Clean and tidy . The office answered queries quicky , they actually care about the customer. Overall I would recommend Viridian for cavity wall insulation.

Impressive company from start to finish. Great communication from the office staff, estimator and fitters. Fully informed at each stage what was happening. Arrived on time, protected my existing carpet, cleared away all debris and checked I was happy on completion. Could not have asked for more.

Having phoned a number of companies who were very unhelpful I phoned Viridian who couldn’t help me enough. They were prompt in sending someone to view the job and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. Advised on what needed to be done and price wise very reasonable I was booked in for 2 weeks time. Two people turned up to do the job and were very respectful. Very happy customer. Would definitely recommend.
