All our dealings with Viridian have been professional and positive. They installed cavity wall insulation and loft insulation for us, and from first contact, surveyor and installation, we have been very impressed by the level of service. Staff at the office are friendly and informative when we have spoken to them on the phone. The surveyor was very thorough and knowledgeable. The installer was punctual, respectful of our home, very skilled and tidy. We also found the price to be very competitive compared to the multiple other quotes we obtained. All in all, we are very happy!

Viridian had been recommended and boy did they live up to my expectations! They arrived bang on time each morning, worked like demons all day on a horrible loft where they had to extract all the old insulation and re-lay new. They kept me updated every step of the way and i was able to see the loft completely empty of insulation and transformed the the new. James and Ben were lovely, they went over and above. Our cavity wall insulation filling on Friday 14 November 2025 was a very smooth process from beginning (initial quotation, site visit, scope of work) to end (installation, issue of Completion Certificate and Guarantee Certificate). The workmen on the day - Ben B and James - arrived punctually, were polite and friendly, ensured minimum disruption, and tidied up afterwards. Now our house already feels warmer and we're looking forward to a reduction in our gas bills. Overall, we are very satisfied with Viridian and would not hesitate to recommend them.
