Whilst on holiday, our house sitter reported a leaking shower even while turned off. We called VP and they were very prompt in setting up a plan to source the parts and repair. They also put in a pressure regulator to prevent it happening again. Very satisfied.

The house was built in 2000s and required update to downstairs cloakroom. Dean worked out what, where and how we can redesign within the available space. The results are very good. I would thoroughly recommend Dean for his attention to details.
