Mark has been doing work at our house for years now and he's really great. His workmanship, communication and reliability is excellent. He's highly knowledgable and we would wholeheartedly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a first class plumber!

Mark completely refit our bathroom & has done the most amazing job. We don’t live at the property full time so most of the communication apart from the initial quote was done over the phone and Mark made it a breeze - he’s so easy to communicate with. He is the tidiest, cleanest worker & took such care of our flat. 100% trustworthy. He came up with brilliant ideas, like noticing with some clever chasing in, we could get a longer bath avoiding an awkward shelf at the end - meaning the end result is so sleek. His finishing and workmanship is spot on and we are so so happy with the bathroom.

I contacted Mark by text explaining what I needed doing. He replied promptly offering a date and time when he could do the job. He gave advice where I source the type of toilet seat I needed fitting. He came on time and completed the job carefully. He cleared up after finishing and left everything as he had found it.

The work was carried really well. I had previously given the wrong size tap cartridge and Mark spotted this and got replacements as well as sourcing a new replacement bathroom mixer tap. All work carried out quickly and nicely.
