  Ryan replaced 2 flat roofs and some soffits. The work was carried out to a high standard and the areas left clean and tidy afterwards. I'd definitely recommend Vipers Roofing services.

  The work was carried out quickly with due regard to the cold weather conditions and to the agreed time schedule. The finished result is a neat a tidy strengthening of the gable end toling.

  Flat roof repair

  Ryan is polite and honest. He inspected the roof and suggested using fibre glass for the flat area and also re-bed all the ridge tiles. He arranged for some scaffolding to be erected and kept me in the loop at all times. He was always on time and completed the job in good time. The quote was very competitive and he didn't ask for a penny more, despite having to add on a few bits, once he had removed the old felt and boards. In all I am delighted with his service and his pleasant manner. I have already recommended him to friends and would not hesitate to use him again.

  Chimney inspection and repairs

  Ryan was efficient and communicative from the start; we had the need for a fast turnaround of assessment and work following a survey and he was responsive, approachable, understanding and fairly priced. He was clear with us what work was needed, and also what wasn't, so we were confident we weren't being encouraged to have anything unnecessary done. We highly recommend Vipers Roofing and Property Services.

  Ryan has done a few roofing jobs for me ranging from a whole new roof to fixing a small leek. He is always great to deal with and sorts the problem or job out with no hassle. Great guy and really competent at what he does.

  Repair flat roof

  I had a few roofers booked in to have a look at a flat section of valley roofing that was leaking. Ryan came to look at the roof, arrived punctually, gave some sensible advice and quickly sent through his reasonable quote. The job was booked in, completed exactly within the timeframe promised and done to a very high standard. He was very easy to deal with and couldn't recommend Ryan enough.
