My parents used Karl and his team to add an extension onto the house my dad had previously extended. My parents aren’t the easiest to please especially having been in the building trade for 50+ years, but Karl and his team went above and beyond to deliver what is a truly amazing family kitchen living space. The team was always punctual and run a well thought out site and a clean site, and every attention to detail is already thought out meaning efficient building and minimal delays. I will always call on Karl and his team first as they are the best around.

Karl and the team did a great job on our extension and were very accommodating when we asked them to renovate the rest of the downstairs. Karl takes a lot of pride in his work and this is shown with the attention to detail and craftsmanship. The house was always left neat and tidy at the end of each day too which we liked. Overall a great end result.

From start to finish the whole project was just fantastic. Karl and his team were extremely reliable, and good honest hard working Guys. The extensions completely transformed the house, and the whole project was a breeze. Karl’s Carpentry craftsmanship was top notch, his attention to detail from building the new roof, to the Lantern roof, as well and building and designing our new kitchen was just outstanding. We were constantly kept up to date with the whole project, we started in the Feb and we were completed 8 weeks later. We were outstanded with the workmanship we highly recommend Karl.

VIP Builders Ltd recently completed a rear extension, loft conversion, and full house refurbishment for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism and eye for detail was outstanding. The team was highly skilled, ensuring every aspect of the project was completed to a high standard. They worked efficiently while maintaining a clean and tidy site, which made a huge difference in minimizing disruption. Communication was excellent throughout, and they were always happy to discuss progress and any adjustments needed along the way.

VIP modified an existing garden building layout for me to remove a storage area and make the space available for family/office use. They also installed a new garden path and made a hard standing for a new shed to replace the storage area removed. They did a great job and helped us work around some disruption caused by suppliers letting us down on delivery dates. Karl and the team have done multiple projects for me over the last few years and I've never been disappointed.
