  Does what it says on the tin. You really do get a VIP treatment. They were communicative throughout the process, explaining the whole process start to finish. Work was always tidy and ensured every precaution was taken to not impact day to day. Always polite and friendly. From tiling to new pipe work to guiding us in the design process. Thank you!!

  Design Layout and Major Re plumbing

  I needed an ensuite re-designed and plumbed because it had no 4” soil waste which seemed a major hurdle to me, but not to Karl he only saw solutions where I only saw problems. And within a matter of hours there was a new soil pipe fully plumbed into the soil stack which was 4m away. All the plumbing for the new toilet, shower and sink were also complete. Everything was done to the highest standard and me being an Engineer I can easily spot things that don’t look right. I couldn’t rate Karl highly enough.

  Boiler service and new toilet fitted

  Tom was excellent from the start, quick turn around from us accepting the quote. He was very clean and tidy throughout. Very punctual. Was great at communicating when he would be with us. We would definitely have him back.
