John came out to assess our leaking dormer windows and, after a thorough examination, provided us with no obligation reparation options. We decided on completely replacing the roof covering of our home, including new battens, slates and lead work, to fully weather proof the structure. His team were incredibly hard working, professional and polite. John’s communication was fantastic, providing ongoing updates and he was available on site daily to oversee the quality of the work being completed. He was really concerned with both the quality of the work as well as the aesthetics.
